Dr. Michelle Andrews is the founder and principal consultant of the Andrews Leadership Development & Coaching Institute (ALDCI) — a premier leadership development and organizational consulting firm dedicated to developing exceptional leaders, strengthening teams, and cultivating cultures of excellence.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning Air Force service, higher education, and organizational leadership, Dr. Andrews brings a rare combination of academic rigor, real-world expertise, and personal commitment to every engagement. Her work has impacted leaders and organizations across government, education, nonprofit, healthcare, and corporate sectors — regionally, nationally, and internationally.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Dr. Andrews developed her foundational leadership philosophy through military service — where leadership is not a title but a responsibility, and excellence is not optional. That same standard of discipline, accountability, and servant leadership defines every program, coaching engagement, and consulting partnership ALDCI delivers.
Dr. Andrews holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, along with master's degrees in Human Resource Management, Practical Theology, and Human Services Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education & Development (Cum Laude). She is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step I and Step II and the EQ-i 2.0® Emotional Intelligence Assessment. She is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an experienced facilitator of 360-degree feedback and leadership development programs.
